Potter, Weasley Suspended From Gryffindor Team
Hogsmeade (AP) In a shocking occurrence, both Harry Potter and Ron
Weasley have been dismissed from the Gryffindor quidditch team
for cheating. The Hogwarts Board of Conduct has charged both boys
with participating in a conspiracy to use the Felix Felicis magic
potion to gain advantage over their opponents on two occasions.

Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge was outraged by the report in the
Daily Prophet about these transgressions. "Cheating at a quidditch
team tryout is bad enough but to repeat the misconduct during an
actual game against House Ravenclaw is unacceptable," Fudge stated
emphatically. "Such blatant deceit is unforgivable for Hogwarts
students and expulsion hearings will be convened soon," added Fudge
virtuously.

Potter and Weasley both deny the allegations. "The potion I slipped
into Ron's drink was just a placebo to increase his confidence," said
Potter, "why would I waste a precious vial of liquid luck on Ron?
I think someone used Felix Malapropus on the whole Ravenclaw team,
someone with a grudge against them and Gryffindor."
